Delivery

Saunas and cold plunges ship directly from the manufacturer's US warehouse, free to the lower 48. Delivery is curbside: the carrier sets the crate at the curb or end of the driveway. Your concierge shares tracking and confirms the delivery window with you.

Assembly and installation

Halvard does not assemble or install. Many owners assemble their own sauna; plug-in infrared cabins go together in about an hour. Traditional saunas and cold plunges need a dedicated circuit that must be installed by a licensed electrician hired by you. We tell you exactly what each piece needs before you order.

Before you order

We confirm doorway widths, floor load and electrical needs for saunas. Electrical work is performed by a licensed local electrician.

Returns

Return eligibility follows each manufacturer's policy and depends on whether a piece has been installed or used. Your concierge states the exact terms in writing before you buy.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply. We act as your advocate and handle the claim with the maker on your behalf.
