You are paying for solid wood, name-brand heaters and motors, real warranties and a person who answers. We also carry models from $1,995, and we will tell you honestly when a lower-priced one fits your space.
What does the warranty cover?
Each maker's warranty applies and is listed on every product page. SunRay, for example, covers the structure for 10 years and the heater and electronics for 1 year. We file claims with the maker for you.
Can I return it?
Return terms follow each maker's policy and are confirmed in writing before you order. For SunRay: new and uninstalled within 30 days of shipping, you cover shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee, and anything damaged or defective is repaired or replaced free if reported within 30 days of delivery.
What do I actually get from owning one?
Time that is yours, on your schedule, without a membership or a drive. The real difference is using it several times a week instead of a few times a year.
