Halvard is operated by Halvard Home LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 7901 4th St N #37161, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. These terms apply to every order placed on halvardhome.com.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and follow each manufacturer's pricing policy. Your delivered total, including any shipping, tax and add-ons, is confirmed before you are charged. We may cancel an order if a price was posted in error or the item is no longer available, and refund any payment in full.

Shipping and delivery

Products ship directly from the manufacturer's US warehouse. Delivery is curbside unless stated otherwise. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt; damage not noted at delivery may not be covered by the carrier.

Installation

Halvard does not assemble or install products. Electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician hired by you, in line with local code and the manufacturer's instructions.

Returns

Returns follow each manufacturer's policy, which we state in writing before you order. Many manufacturers accept only new, uninstalled items and charge return shipping and restocking fees.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply. Halvard does not add its own warranty unless you purchase Halvard Care. We help file and follow warranty claims for you.

Medical devices

Hyperbaric chambers are prescription devices and are sold only on the order of a licensed practitioner. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
