What it really gives you
Feel like you trained, without training
You sit, you breathe, and your heart does the work. You walk out loose, warm and lighter than you walked in.
In a sauna your heart rate can reach 100 to 150 beats a minute, similar to moderate exercise. See the study
An investment in the years you have not lived yet
You think about being the parent who still keeps up, the grandparent who still travels. This is one of the habits that adds up.
Over 20 years, men who used a sauna 4 to 7 times a week had about half the risk of fatal heart events. See the study
The ache from today, gone tonight
The stiff back from the desk, the legs from this morning's run. Twenty minutes of real heat and they let go.
The quietest twenty minutes of your day
No phone, no inbox, no one needing you. You go to bed with a slower mind and wake up feeling it.
Research summaries for education, not medical advice. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting heat or cold exposure, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition.
Why it costs what it does
A cheaper one saves money once. These are the questions worth asking of anything you are comparing, and how the Auris One Outdoor Cedar Sauna answers them.
Still want to spend less? We carry saunas from $1,995, and we will tell you honestly if one suits you better.

Why it belongs at home
It stops being a someday thing
You have wanted this since the first time you sat in a real one. Now it is at the end of the garden path, hot by the time you have changed.
January becomes your favorite month
Snow on the roof, steam off your shoulders, the house lights glowing behind you. The yard becomes somewhere you go.
Everyone ends up out there
Friday nights move from the couch to the bench. Friends ask about it before they ask about the kitchen.
What it does well, and what to plan for
Strengths
- Five-year comprehensive warranty, longer than most outdoor cabins.
- Wood-burning heater available for off-grid placement.
- Full sauna kit included.
Plan for
- At 992 lb it needs a level, load-rated pad.
- Electric version needs a dedicated circuit from a licensed electrician.

Questions
Is it in stock?
Orivon pieces are confirmed to order. Your concierge checks availability and lead time before anything is charged.
Why does this cost more than ones I have seen for less?
You are paying for the materials, the heater or motor inside, the warranty, and the people who answer when you call. A lower price can be the right call, and we carry saunas from $1,995. Tell us your space and budget and we will say honestly which one fits.
What does the warranty cover?
5-year comprehensive. If anything goes wrong, we file the claim with the maker for you.
Can I return it?
Return terms follow the maker's policy and are confirmed in writing before you order, including any shipping or restocking fees.
What do I actually get from owning it?
A room that is always ready, so heat becomes part of your week instead of a special occasion. That is the whole point of owning one rather than visiting one.
